Test was carried out well and in addition free advise was given regarding a problem I had with 'dry eye', how to reduce the cause and treatment. Excellent service. In Southall the optician was only interested in selling me what would have been my first pair of glasses. When I came to New Vision I was seen by their optician who did their own eye examination and right away spotted something which was not right and organised for me to goto Western Eye Hospital to do a full checkup. Unlike the optician in Southall who only wanted me to buy glasses the staff at New Vision cared about the health of my eyes and making sure the correct checks etc were done.
